Dr Farley has been a true blessing to our extended family. He spends all the time needed during a visit to understand the need and determine the plan of action. He provides follow up to see how things are going and he responds very quickly, even outside of office hours when I send him requests via his web tool. He provides personal attention to each member of my family, including my elderly parents with their more unique needs. Nothing is cookie cutter and he’s not into quantity of patients but quality of service. Unlike so many doctors in our past who just were so rushed and almost seemed to have diagnosed things in the first 2 minutes he takes the time to go through all concerns thoroughly. Also because he is not constrained by insurance protocol, he can tend to multiple issues in one visit. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have found him back in 2020 and have never had a bad experience.

I am so very thankful to have found Dr. Farley and his practice! I really didn’t think practices like this existed anymore. He truly cares about and for his patients and takes the time to listen. I can reach him anytime I need to and he always responds promptly. He is on top of new medical findings but also keeps in his “tool belt” what’s been tried and true over the years. I just can’t say enough good things about him and his practice. I would recommend him a thousand times over. He’s the best!

Dr Farley and Katherine are amazing! Dr Farley takes the extra time to listen to you and he truly cares about what’s happening. Katherine is very sweet and is the best at giving shots! She’s so quick!

Dr Farley is the best. He has a great bedside manner. He takes time to get to know you and he really listens to you. I’m very happy with the care my husband and I receive from Dr Farley. Good Doctors are hard to find. Thank God we found Dr Farley. Healthcare these days is hard to navigate. Dr Farley is easy to communicate with and is always there for us.

By Devine intervention, I found Dr. Farley. I say that because I needed to find a primary care physician. By an accidental phone call, we spoke. After explaining current events with my medical concerns, Dr. Farley immediately found time to see me. I have followed up with Dr. Farley several times for other concerns. But best of all, is the quick response to my questions and concerns. Dr. Farley and his staff understand the importance of communicating with patients. I highly recommend Precision Direct Primary Care to everyone.

If you're tired of feeling rushed and unheard at the doctor, I would urge you to try out Precision Direct Primary Care. After many years struggling to find a PCP who would take their time with us, my husband and I found this place online while searching Google for "doctors who listen in my area." We (as many folks probably are right now) were desperate to find a home base for our health concerns. The concept of direct care was new to us. We were skeptical - anticipating some sort of catch. A monthly fee for unlimited access to our doctor, who also specializes in emergency care, takes his time with patients, and won't send us surprise bills in the mail? Sounds too good to be true. Well, it's not! We'd met with Dr. Farley for a consultation before becoming members. He was attentive, inquisitive, and genuine about his passion for helping people. He'd told us about the app where we can communicate with him directly to set appointments, talk about concerns etc. This was exactly the kind of access/peace of mind we were looking for, so we signed up. It's been a few months since we became members, and we couldn't be happier with this decision. Immediately upon my first appointment, Dr. Farley not only heard my concerns, but asked me questions to further understand them. I appreciate his approach to care. He works with the patient to troubleshoot. He diagnoses issues carefully and thoughtfully, so that the patient can receive proper treatment. Not once have I felt that I'm receiving a quick band-aid solution to get me out the door. Dr. Farley approaches patient care with respect to our individual needs.

Dr. Farley is truly one of a kind. After years of struggling with ongoing health issues and feeling unheard, dismissed or even gaslighted by other providers, Dr. Farley was the first doctor who made me feel seen and heard. He takes a considerable amount of time with each of his patients which leads to a fantastic patient doctor relationship. What also makes this practice so special is the incredible support of the rest of the team. Kathryn is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. She makes scheduling, communication and shots easy! Robin, Dr. Farley’s wife is just as wonderful, her kindness and presence truly add to the support and welcoming atmosphere. For the first time in a long time I feel validated and confident in my care. Thank you PDPC for all you do and continue to do!
